The most updated version of a starter apartment with 2 bedrooms (featuring a nursery) and 1 bathroom, I built with the storyline of a single mom with a newborn in mind. The build does have some cc furniture, however, feel free to replace any of the custom content items with other in-game items, whatever floats your boat! :)
